Poster Design – Just for kicks… an evolving project working alongside a Kidderminster Band
I love retro and retro-inspired music posters so getting involved with a local 8 piece R&B band was great fun. Over a fair few years, from their inception to their farewell gig, I tagged along and helped out with advertising and marketing where ever possible.
It was obviously more of a hobby than a job but it was a fantastic journey. The group started by playing a local social club after the bingo and ended up on stage supporting The Blockheads. It was a brilliant excuse to design for fun without too many restrictions.
